🩺 72-Hour Veterinary Check Guarantee

We ask that you have your kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery. This allows you to confirm your kitten’s health and begin a veterinary relationship.

  • If your veterinarian finds a life-threatening, congenital health issue during this initial checkup, we will offer a full refund or a replacement kitten (if available), upon return of the original kitten and supporting veterinary documentation.

📋 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

Each kitten comes with a 1-year health guarantee against hereditary or genetic conditions that significantly impact quality of life. This includes (but is not limited to) severe heart defects and other congenital abnormalities.

  • If a certified veterinarian diagnoses your kitten with a genetic disorder within the first year, we will offer either a replacement kitten or partial refund based on availability and the situation.

🐾 What’s Covered:

  • Hereditary or congenital conditions diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian

  • Kittens leaving with up-to-date vaccinations and deworming

  • Vet records and health report provided with every kitten

🚫 What’s Not Covered:

  • Common parasites (e.g. coccidia, giardia, ear mites, etc.)

  • Illnesses caused by neglect, injury, or poor nutrition

  • Reactions to vaccines or non-lifetime-threatening conditions

  • FIP, FIV, or FeLV unless diagnosed within 72 hours of sale

📦 Delivery Guarantee

Whether you’re picking up your kitten in person or receiving one via courier, we guarantee the kitten arrives in healthy condition. All transport options are handled with care, proper documentation, and temperature awareness.

📝 Terms & Conditions

To activate this health guarantee:

  • The kitten must be examined by a licensed vet within 72 hours of receiving it

  • Proof of examination must be provided upon request

  • The kitten must be kept indoors, fed quality food, and given routine veterinary care
